User Agreement and Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

• 1.1. This agreement is a legal contract between the Platform and the event organizer (hereinafter — "Organizer") or ticket buyer.
• 1.2. The Platform is a SaaS solution providing technological infrastructure for event creation, ticket sales, seating planning, and attendee management.
• 1.3. The Platform does not charge a commission (percentage) on ticket sales. The service fee is based on fixed rates predetermined according to the number of tickets.

2. Registration and Account Security

• 2.1. To use the Platform, the user must register by providing accurate and up-to-date information.
• 2.2. The User bears direct responsibility for the confidentiality of the account password and all actions performed through the account.
• 2.3. The Platform reserves the right to block the account without warning if illegal activity or violation of terms is detected.

3. Organizer Obligations and Events

• 3.1. The Organizer must fully ensure the legality, accuracy of content, and execution of the event they create.
• 3.2. The Platform is only a technical intermediary; it bears no financial or legal responsibility for disputes arising from event cancellation, quality, or failure to take place.
• 3.3. The Organizer can sell tickets both in cash and through secure payment methods provided by the Platform.

4. Payment and Pricing Terms

• 4.1. The Platform usage fee is based on a "fixed payment" model. The Organizer pays for the selected ticket package in advance or as agreed.
• 4.2. No service fee is charged for the first 10 (ten) tickets (Free Package).
• 4.3. Revenue from ticket sales is directed to the channels designated by the Organizer (or to their account via payment provider). The Platform does not charge any commission from these funds.

5. Refund Policy

• 5.1. In case of event cancellation or changes, the Organizer bears responsibility for refunding ticket money to attendees.
• 5.2. The Platform provides an internal refund function for the Organizer, but the source of the refundable amount is the Organizer's account.

6. Intellectual Property

• 6.1. The Platform's design, software, logo, and the Eticksystem name are the property of the Platform. Unauthorized copying or use is prohibited.
• 6.2. The Organizer bears personal responsibility for the copyright of visuals and texts uploaded for their event.

7. Limitation of Liability

• 7.1. The Platform strives to provide 24/7 technical support and uninterrupted system operation. However, it is not liable for temporary interruptions during force majeure or technical updates.
• 7.2. The Platform does not act as an arbitrator (mediator) in commercial disputes between the Organizer and Buyer.

8. Changes

Eticksystem reserves the right to unilaterally change these terms at any time. Changes take effect from the moment they are published on the site.
